Our areas include the work environment, labour law and agreements, salary-setting, organisational development, recruitment and preventive work against discrimination. The office ensures that ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ has sustainable structures for employer issues, provides training and guidance, as well as plans and implements initiatives in managerial and leadership development, collegiality and career development.
