Description

Migration is an important part of the life cycle of many organisms, not least birds, and for humans one of the most fascinating events in nature. Many animals use long-distance migration to adapt to seasonal environments and can cover great distances in their annual journeys. These movements have wide-ranging consequences for ecosystems, populations and individual animals, and is of great importance in our rapidly changing world. At ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ we have a long tradition of studying these processes from the individual to population level.
